I had been taking another Calcium Citrate product BUT it was very difficult for me to swallow such a large pill. I am not a fan of gummies because of the added sugar. I have been taking this for about one month now. No upset stomach and very easy to take capsule. I take two just before lunch or dinner with a full glass of water. So far it seems to be working. I need the extra calcium as I am post-menopause .

Easy to swallow, great absorption. I’ve had a bone density test since being on these a couple of years. The results were better than previous tests, and I’m post menopausal.
