About Atrantil

Atranil is a clinically proven nutraceutical made by a gastroenterologist for gut health. It has properties for relieving bloating and other abdominal discomforts caused by stomach gas.

It differs from other products available in the market, as it has unique blends of three botanical extracts of quebracho (quebracho colorado) heartwood, horse chestnut extract aescin (Aesculus hippocras titanium) seed, and peppermint leaf (mentha haplocalyx). 

Quebracho Extract is a hardwood tree originating from South America. Atranil uses polyphenols from quebracho colorado, a species of the main branch. These are macromolecules and one of the most stable polyphenols available in nature. As a polyphenol, quebracho has inherent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. In the colon, it is broken down and acts as both a prebiotic and postbiotic.

Horse Chestnut is a potent source of flavonoids and saponins, which gives it strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties as well.

It has been used for its medicinal properties for a long time, especially for gastrointestinal problems. In Atranil, horse chestnuts are used for a specific purpose. It creates a hostile environment for the archaea making them return to the colon where they originate. It also has bactericidal properties, which remove the bacteria from the small intestine and sends them to the colon where they originate.

Peppermint Leaf has powerful healing properties for stomach disturbance. Atrantil contains a peppermint whole leaf extract, rather than just oil, which can help to temporarily relax the small bowel and reduce inflammation in the gut. This calming effect also enhances the effectiveness of the other ingredients in Atrantil, such as quebracho and horse chestnut.
