- Orders will be sent expedited at no extra cost to you on all of our products which will be drop-shipped directly from the manufactures or their main distributor same day of your order. Our objective is not only to get you the latest batches but have it at your door within 2-3 days of your order. Unlike most of our competitors that store their products in their own warehouse and apply discounts only when their products are about to expire and then ship it regular mail that can dramatically affect the freshness of the supplements.
Tracking orders which is sent to you in the same day of your purchase via email. Incase it was sent to your spam box then you can request real-time status and tracking information by sending us an email or call our customer service.
- Sales Tax and handling fees are waived for all orders.
- Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request. Hawaii, PR and Alaska orders will be subjected to additional shipping especially if the order is less then $100.
- International shipment will be sent via USPS and unfortunately can not be guaranteed due to some restrictions on supplements with customs in various countries. Therefore, we do advise to request insurance on international shipping which will be additional fees to guarantee refund in case you do not receive shipment. USPS charges between $20 - $30 to provide tracking number and we can add it to your order if you requested when you place your order.
- Return Policy Your satisfaction is our priority so incase you were shipped the wrong product by us, we will provide you with a free overnight shipping with the correct product and a return label for the wrong item.You may also return an un-opened, unused, non perishable (Heat Sensitive items cannot be returned), non-homeopathic product within 25 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees. To send back your un-opened product, contact us via email with your reason for the return to obtain an RMA# and we will email you the address where you should send the return package. Please do not send back products without an RMA# or you will not get credit. Please do not refuse a package unless you have requested a return authorization from us

Most of the other web-based supplement companies who sell the same brands ship the products from their own warehouse facility which is not the best practice since it might not be stored accordingly to keep them fresh and they might keep the products in their warehouse until it is sold.
- Sensitive products The manufacturer or their main distributor often will determine if the particular products you are ordering will need a complimentary cold pack especially if it is going to a hot climate. If you would like to ensure they are shipped with a cold pack then you can also request it during check out.
- Back orders and Out-of-Stock products since we drop ship-products directly from manufacturer or their main distributor which is actually an advantage as you will receive the latest batches. Though, in a case a popular product become on back-order then we will reserve it so you will be in their priority waiting list to receive it and will be drop-ship directly to you from manufacturer with expedite shipping. However, anytime you wish not to wait for the product then please notify us by email and we can cancel your order immediately and credit back the refund to your account.
