Subscription Policy
At Nutriessential, subscriptions make it easy to receive your regularly used products without placing a new order each time. By subscribing through Nutriessential.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Enrollment
Customers can select the Subscribe option on eligible products and choose from the available delivery frequencies, such as every 15, 30, or 45 days, or other intervals displayed at checkout.
2. Automatic Recurring Orders
Once activated, subscription orders will be automatically generated with manufacturer and charged according to the selected delivery schedule. The subscription will continue until it is modified or canceled.
3. Managing Your Subscription
Customers can manage their subscription through their Nutriessential account, including skipping, rescheduling, changing frequency, updating shipping information, or canceling when these options are available.
Any request to skip, reschedule, modify, cancel, or change the shipping address should be completed before the scheduled order date. We strongly recommend making changes as soon as possible, before the upcoming subscription date.
4. Recurring Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Nutriessential to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable product, shipping, tax, and other charges.
5. Account Information
Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address, payment information, email address, and other account details accurate and up to date.
6. Automatically Generated Orders
Once a subscription order has been generated by our automated system, it cannot be canceled or modified. Our system automatically schedules and queues subscription orders according to their fulfillment dates. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, rerouting, or other modifications after an order has been generated or entered into processing.
7. Generated or Shipped Orders
Once a subscription order has been generated, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or rerouted by Nutriessential, and it is not eligible for a refund request. Any eligible return or refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Subscription Assistance
For subscription assistance, please contact Nutriessential Customer Support before your next scheduled order date. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, changes may not be possible once an order has been generated or entered into processing.
