Sleep Relief - 60 tabs By NBI | Supplement supports healthy sleep

Sleep Relief’s bi-phasic, time-release technology delivers NBI’s proprietary formula with clinically validated nutrients in two stages—a quick-release first stage and a slow-release second stage to help you gently fall asleep, stay asleep and wake refreshed and ready for your day.

Biphasic, Time-Release Tablets: Sleep Relief’s biphasic tablets release nutrients in two phases. Phase I is a quick-release stage, delivering its nutrients within about 30-45 minutes. This phase’s nutrients naturally promote relaxation and help you gently fall asleep. Phase II is the sustained-release phase, delivering the rest of Sleep Relief’s nutrients over the next 4 hours. Nutrients in phase II naturally help you stay asleep.

The Right Amount and Combination of Nutrients: No two people are exactly alike, and what is creating sleep issues in someone may not be a problem for someone else. That’s why Sleep Relief gently and naturally targets the entire sleep cycle to help you fall asleep, stay asleep and wake refreshed.

Circadian modulator: Our circadian rhythms are our body’s day-night cycles. Melatonin is the circadian modulator that tells our body that it’s time for sleep and is involved in sleep onset. Many things can decrease melatonin, such as using computers, including smartphones, e-readers and tablets at night; medications, and in many people, melatonin declines as they get older as part of the healthy aging process. A small amount of melatonin (just 1 mg per tablet) helps prepare your body for sleep.

Adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) and Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba): Adaptogens are a unique class of healing plants. They help balance, restore and protect the body. Ashwagandha and Jujube are ancient plants that have been used in traditional Asian practices for thousands of years and can promote a healthy stress response.

Standardized extracts: Using standardized plant extracts ensures consistent quality and uniformity across batches. Herbal standardized extracts are what are most often used in clinical trials.

Calming magnesium, amino acids and herbs: Sleep Relief contains magnesium to support muscle relaxation. The amino acids L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, glycine and GABA and herbs such as Hops (Humulus lupulus) and Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) all contribute to the calming effects of Sleep Relief by targeting different neurological and biochemical pathways.
