I've never had a problem with Phosphatidylserine Soy-Free by Integrative Therapeutics. I had been taking only one capsule a day but found out this summer that I should have been taking 2 a day.
I take one each night and notice much improved sleep. If I'm experiencing daytime anxiety I take another.
Phosphatidyl Serine. It is what it is. I'm sure exactly what that is. And I take it because I read something somewhere that it possibly does something good.
