I started taking L-Threonine by Douglas Laboratories the day they arrived....I take way too many muscle relaxers and finding one that doesn't put me into a coma (asleep) is hard to find. These do the job, although I don't find that the relief lasts very long (an hour, usually) I would still rather take these than the pain killer/muscle relaxers
