This b-complex is easy to take; I love the liquid form. It's expense but I feel that it is worth it. I experience a noticeable lifting of brain fog, I sleep more soundly, and overall I feel more focused and calm while I am taking this supplement. I'm planning to keep this as part of my daily regimen.

This has brought up my vitamin level. Also pleasant tasting. My B12 was 240, now it is 800+. It really works
