This is a real bargain. It doesn't have any fillers and is very high quality.

Astra Essence by Health Concerns actually does what it says it will do. It seems to help the body recover from postional or environmental changes. That trigger episodes of balance loss or dizziness.

Astra Essence by Health Concerns was prescribed to me by an acupuncturist and I do feel it helped me tremendously. Note that it is important to have these supplements prescribed by a professional to meet your specific needs.
