I have Epstein Barr and recently was reading Dr. Andrew Wiels book Natural Health Natural Medicine. He recommends Astra 8 by Health Concerns so I decided to give it a try. It took about 2 weeks but I am feeling so much better no where near the level of fatigue i uded to have. I Highly recommend.
