It's cheap but good quality. I take 1 softgel a day at breakfast for skin and eyes health. The smell is strong but Astaxanthin is great for antioxidants and protected sun damage from inside. It's really work for skin and eyes health , more than that it reduce the hands numb. Great supplement. 🥰🥰
