I use this product daily. I have difficulty utilizing zinc but have found the picolinate type works. I trust Douglas Labs.

I take this daily. The picolinate is the only form I seem to be able to absorb. This is a great product. It works!

Zinc Picolinate (Capsules) We are very pleased with this Zinc supplement. Purchased for immune health, and I read that it also helps with acne.
