Active Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

• Chamomilla 2X 30mg, *Coffea cruda 10X 30mg,
• Humulus lupulus 2X 30mg, *Ignatia amara 8X 30mg,
• Moschus 10X 30mg, *Nux vomica 30X 30mg,
• Passiflora incarnata 2X 30mg, *Sulphur 12X 30mg,
• Valeriana officinalis 2X 30mg,
• Veratrum album 4X 30mg.

Inactive Ingredients:

• Dextrose,
• Lactose,
• Magnesium stearate,
• Maltodextrin contains one or more of these ingredients

For max absorption, dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed. At first sign of symptoms: Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Standard dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening. For children under 12, consult your health professional.

• Do not give to children under 12 years of age. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, a health professional should be consulted. Do not use if known sensitivity to WellMind or any of its ingredients exists.
• Do not use if printed safety seal around neck and cap is missing or broken. Store at room temperature. Protect from light and moisture.
