I buy these vitamins, Garden of Life Multivitamin for Wen, 50 and wiser, for my spouse. I've personally been using the women's version for years. They are an extremely effective vitamin and do not leave a horrible after taste like many whole food vitamins. They are effective enough that you can easily take half of what is recommended, two rather than four, and do just fine unless you really need the full dosage for medical reasons.

I like to think this is the reason I have not gotten sick so far since taking these. My girlfriend got the flu. My roommate got the flu. My students get the flu on the daily. Sure, I've gotten uglier, but I am sturdy as an ox.
