Suggested Dosage

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for females above ages 12 (to be taken at meals): • Two (2) capsules two times per day, as part of a balanced vegan diet. • Four (4) capsules two times per day, if more food restrictions, high stress or high athletic performance. If you are pregnant or nursing, please consider Vitanica’s Maternal Symmetry™.
