I take 2 of these before bedtime and I sleep very soundly.

When I have trouble falling asleep this helps. It puts me in a relaxed state and I can fall asleep easier and faster. Also good when I feel anxious and need to calm down.

This product enabled me to stop taking an anxiety medication. It works great to calm your nervous system. There is also a less expensive lower dose 100 version of the same Thorne PharmaGABA which I have not tried. The 250 refers to the dose. It contains 60 qty. capsules. It is Gluten Free but says not to take if pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive. Hope this helps other emergency responders and people under high stress. It does not cause me to be drowsy.
