I was skeptical before I ordered but I am glad I did. It has all the vitamins I need in just 4 capsules. I don’t need to take any. It’s a good quality product. I did not have any issues but it’s best to take with food. Don’t be alarmed with your urine the color will change.

This product was recommended by my functional medicine provider to replace another multi-vitamin. It is helpful and does not have a bad interaction with my magnesium supplement from the same brand.
