Highly recommended, I use the 6 pumps nightly and will definitely be purchasing again so I don't run out. The melatonin gummies just weren't doing it for my sleep, but this sublingual dropper seems to do the trick. The taste isn't bad at all, and it's quick and easy to do before going to bed. You won't regret it!
