Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily; children ages 4-12: ½ teaspoon daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea. Temporary dose: May be taken twice per day, as needed.
Avoid if nursing. If HIV positive, avoid taking more than 2 weeks. Caution with MS, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. Consult your practitioner if pregnant. Formulated to exclude: preservatives, binders, artificial colorings or flavorings, lactose, salt, wheat, gluten, soybeans, milk derivatives, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish.
