Helps a lot with my hot flashes.

This supplement has improved the day/night sweats dramatically for me.I noticed the easing over the first 2 weeks of first bottle.Then once I had finished a full months there was almost no breaking out in sweat at all.

I started taking these for hot flashes. Combined with Evening Primrose Oil and my other supplements, they have really helped!

I had started taking Pure Encapsulation s Black Cohosh for a little over a month now. I used to have nightly episodes of profuse sweating and extremely uncomfortable hot flashes. After taking one pill daily for about a week, my hot flashes subsided and I no longer drench the bed sheets. This is an amazing product!
