Thorne offers a blend of B vitamins in their active form for promoting availability to the tissues and supporting healthy neurological function and energy production.

The active B vitamins in this formula include thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin 5'-phosphate (active vitamin B2), niacin and niacinamide (two forms of vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (active vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12), 5-MTHF (active folate), biotin, and choline.
  2. This comprehensive blend works together to support cellular energy production, healthy red blood cell formation, and healthy nervous system function.
  3. B vitamins are water-soluble and can not be stored in the body which is why we must ensure their regular intake whether by diet or by supplementation.
