Folate is essential for healthy fetal neural development and is provided in this formula as Metafolin(r), L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF), the naturally occurring universally metabolized form of folate. This formula contains methylcobalamin which is the most bioavailable form of this vitamin.

According to Pure encapsulations recommendations, taking 1-2 capsules per day in divided doses, with your meals or as directed by your physician
