Arctic Cod Liver Oil 1,000 mg by Nordic Naturals has improved my dry eyes tremendously. It also has helped with inflammation causing back pain.

Nordic Naturals has always been a brand recommended to be my Naturopath's, so I use them a lot. Good quality Cod Liver Oil here for inflammation and health.

I started taking this brand after my naturopath recommend it for high triglyceride levels. Mine were about 350 for years. After taking one Nordic Naturals capsule per day for a year I was tested and was at 98. I have to admit, I did cut out some sugar which accounted for some reduction. I did this because my naturopath said these high levels increased my chances of a stroke. The next year I ate my normal amount of sugar and the level was 120. Thinking one capsule was good, how about two per day. No change. How about another less expensive brand? Triglycerides jumped up to 200. I've experimented so no need for you to do it. So, buy this product and ignore those expensive triglyceride reducers you may have seen on TV. This is the only supplement I have taken where you can PROVE they are working. Give it a try. I'm no doctor but it worked for me.
