Love this product, gave me alot of energy

Adenosyl/hydroxy B12 is the only form I can tolerate it. Have had a lot of trouble with other brands and formulations despite lab work generally coming up at B12 deficient. Finally one that works!

Love Pure Encapsulations products! This product is amazing for energy and especially for those that can't take Cyanocobalamin and Methylcobalamin B12 due to issues with COMT gene mutations. It is important to realize that the MTHFR status does not determine the type of B12 that’s best for you, instead it’s the status of genes like COMT, MTR, MTRR as well as VDR Taq if you have run your 23andme or Ancestry tests through sites like Nutrahacker or LiveWello, you can see the info on these. This supplier also is great about shipping and packing so I would recommend them as well.
