Love this product, gave me alot of energy

Adenosyl/hydroxy B12 is the only form I can tolerate it. Have had a lot of trouble with other brands and formulations despite lab work generally coming up at B12 deficient. Finally one that works!

I have had the greatest success in increasing my vitamin B12 levels by taking these supplements and I have not had any facial breakouts or acne when using these supplements.

My 23andMe genetic testing recommended the Adenosyl/Hydroxy form of B12 over the Methylcobalamin form, which I have taken for over 4 years. And I also have the MTHFR gene mutation. Switching to the Adenosyl/Hydroxy made all the difference in the world. Within a few days I felt like a different person, and several unresolved health issues simply seemed to vanish. I feel calm inside, my GERD is 99% cleared up, and my numerous digestive problems are no where to be found. For the first time in 4 years, my abdominal pain and tenderness is gone, and I'm finally able to sleep on my stomach at night. It is important to realize that the MTHFR status does not determine the type of B12 that’s best for you, instead it’s the status of genes like COMT, MTR, MTRR as well as VDR Taq if you have run your 23andme or Ancestry tests through sites like Nutrahacker or LiveWello, you can see the info on these.
