An orthopedic Dr told me to take this and vitamin D3 several years ago, although I’m not sure it was with the intention of relieving neuropathy pain caused by several herniated discs plus scoliosis. After taking it about 2 months, I realized that I no longer needed pain medication unless I had been walking and standing several hours. No more muscle cramps and burning, stinging pain as long as I take this brand of magnesium and D3. Bone pain has also been reduced. Along with these 2 supplements, I drink a minimum of 64 oz water daily. I am 72 years old and so relieved to not having to take narcotics in order to live mostly without pain.
