I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which has no know cure. I went to an ND, who put me on a Candida cleanse with supplements. Before every meal, I take this product plus a Complete Digestive Enzyme. After a meal, I take S. Boulardii, which is a fantastic yeast that acts like a probiotic. I changed my diet to avoid all inflammatory foods. All my symptoms disappeared after two weeks!!! I returned to working full time, living normally, and can now eat normal foods I love again.
