The Osteo-Mins™ AM formula containing strontium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, boron and silicon, is taken in the morning. The Osteo-Mins™ PM formula containing calcium, magnesium, vitamin D (or vitamins D and K) are taken at bedtime.
Many researchers feel that when these nutrients are taken a different times during the day, assimilation of all nutrients is improved.

Dosage/Suggested Use

Warnings

Tamper evident band around cap and seal on bottle. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
