L-Theanine 200 mg

I was unable to take high doses of inositol, so the 100 mg in this supplement is perfect. The L-Theanine is a good amount for me as well. Good combination for me. I only take 1 per day. Note: I can usually get by with the lowest dose of just about anything.

Been taking L-Theanine 200 mg by Protocol for Life Balance for 2 months and this is amazing for anxiety and reduction of fight or flight response.
