This supplement is specially formulated to stimulate probiotics with four fiber-digesting enzymes
TruFiber® features SunFiber®, Inulin and Fiberase®. Sun-Fiber® and Inulin are clinically proven to improve regularity while enhancing the growth of probiotics (see trufiber.net for references). Fiberase® enzymes enhance the prebiotic activity of dietary fiber to further stimulate probiotics. Each serving provides 14% of the Daily Value for fiber.

Dosage/Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop into 8-12 ounces of water, juice or milk. Stir or shake rapidly. Times depend on the type and temperature of the liquid. Take once or twice daily.
Warnings
TruFiber® is vegetarian, it contains no wheat, gluten, soy, rye, milk, casein, nuts, eggs, yeast, or animal products.
Store in cool dry place away from children. May cause choking if taken with insufficient water or beverage. If you have frequent diarrhea, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition check with your physician before using.
