Sleep Formula synergistically combines several herbs that help support healthy sleep and a calm mood, both of which are essential for many aspects of daily functioning and comfort. Dosage/Suggested Use
Suggested use for adults: 1-2 capsules nightly for sleep, one hour before bedtime, or 1 capsule three times daily for a calming effect. Take as directed by your health care practitioner.
