AM:  Apply Bioelements Decongestant Cleanser to wet skin and massage over the face. Rinse. Follow with a Bioelements toner and broad spectrum sunscreen at a minimum.

PM:  Apply Bioelements Decongestant Cleanser to wet skin and massage over the face. Rinse. Follow with a Bioelements toner and a nighttime moisturizer at a minimum.
