I love this iron supplement. I have very bad anemia due to parasites and the other kind of iron gave me constipation. This one was nice and gentle. This DOES NOT absorb as well as other iron supplements but it absorbs better than the liquid. This will work well if your anemia isn’t to bad. I love how this made me feel. No jitters.
