Fruit EFA


Fruit EFA is a unique fruit-flavored, water-soluble and great tasting pharmaceutical grade fish oil formulated specifically to provide eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which are essential for cardiovascular and neurological health. Fruit EFAs pharmaceutical grade fish oil requires extensive purification in order to yield a high-dose supplementation of EPA and DHA without gastric distress or fear of accumulation of environmental pollutants. Studies show EPA is improtant for regulation of blood pressure, blood clotting, and immune and inflammatory response. DHA plays a vital role in the function of the central nervous system and the retina, and in the repair and regeneration of neural tissue. The health and integrity of the nervous system, including the brain, relies on properly formed neural tissue. The brain, an organ highly concentrated in lipids, undergoes rapid growth and development beginning in the third trimester and continuing throughout childhood. Fruit EFA is indicated in all cardiovascular disorders, including congestive heart disease, hypertriglyceremia and high blood pressure; and for neurovegetative conditions such as autism and schizophrenia. This patented lipid emulsification and micro-encapsulation process leads to a faster and greater absorption of long-chain fatty acids. Fruit EFA is in a base of orange, mango, banana and pineapple purees along with prebiotic oligosaccharides making it ideal for children and adults who dislike fish odor.

Adults: One teaspoon two times daily with meals. If preferred, Fruit EFA can be mixed with juice or water.
Children Under 12: One teaspoon two times daily with meals. If preferred, Fruit EFA can be mixed with juice or water.
