Dosage/Suggested Use
Directions:Adults and children over 15 years of age. Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8 oz glass of water, juice or other liquid.
Warnings
Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours.Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.Warning: Do not use laxatives when abdonminal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If sudden change in bowel habits persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any medicine, if pregnant or nursing a baby, seek advice of a health care professional before using this product.
